ABOUT us

Close to the ground and multi-disciplinary: our team is made up exclusively of agricultural land experts, whose regulated status commits us to total confidentiality. We draw on our experience of assignments carried out both as private consultants and in a legal context. With our expertise, we have been supporting and advising players and investors in the wine industry, mainly in the Mediterranean region, for over 20 years.

Laurence Pichot

LAND & AGRICULTURAL EXPERT
AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER

Laurence PICHOT came to land appraisal via the technical route, after graduating from SupAgro Montpellier in 1994.
She worked for ten years in various farm support structures.
In 2003, she took the plunge and, together with her family, took over a winegrowing business in the Luberon region, setting up as a land expert in 2006.

This dual activity brings a general and pragmatic vision of the issues affecting agricultural properties.

François Aurouze

LAND & AGRICULTURAL EXPERT
GRADUATE FROM IHEDREA

Born into a line of Luberon winegrowers, François AUROUZE has remained faithful to the world of winegrowing for over 25 years. After studying rural law in Paris, he trained in viticulture and oenology.
He took over the family estate in 1989, while at the same time embracing a career as a land and agricultural valuer with the COURANT firm in Aix-en-Provence.
Drawing on this experience, he has since combined farm management and vineyard appraisal assignments.

He has also assisted a number of well-known investors with the land and technical restructuring of their wine and olive estates in Provence and the Rhône Valley.

Denis Sube

LAND & AGRICULTURAL EXPERT TO THE COURT OF APPEAL OF AIX-EN-PROVENCE

Expert for over 15 years, IFREIM graduate (Aix-en-Provence Law School).
Denis SUBE specializes in real estate appraisal and land law. Approved by the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal, he also works in the legal field.

Drawing on 20 years’ experience as a company director in the agricultural and agri-food sectors and his work as an accounting and management trainer, he has made business valuation his preferred area of expertise.

CHRISTOPHE GRELIER

LAND & AGRICULTURAL EXPERT TO THE COURT OF APPEAL OF NÎMES
AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER & ŒNOLOGIST

An agricultural engineer and oenologist, Christophe Grelier trained in viticulture and oenology in the 1980s.
Today, as an independent Expert Consultant, he is recognized for his decisive contribution to the creation of top-of-the-range cuvées and to the regularity of the production of partner Domaines. He has played an active role in the development and recognition of numerous wines.

The experience he has acquired (knowledge of grape varieties and terroirs, environmentally-friendly practices, berry tasting, etc.) enables him today to give appreciated and sought-after advice and recommendations on the potential and optimization of vineyards.

MARIE LAURE ESCOFFIER

LAND & AGRICULTURAL EXPERT to
THE COURT OF APPEAL OF NÎMES

Marie-Laure Escoffier is a lawyer by training, with a degree from the Université de Droit Pierre Mendès France (Grenoble) and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development from the Institut d’Urbanisme et d’Aménagement Régional d’Aix-en-Provence.
She turned to consultancy after spending 15 years with a Professional Agricultural Organization in the Urban Planning, Land and Soil Law department.
A native of the Vaucluse and descended from a family of Ventoux winegrowers, she has a thorough knowledge of the department and the South PACA region, its agricultural production and its development challenges.

Today, she is recognized for her decisive recommendations for urban planning projects in agricultural areas.

MATHIEU MIMRAN

CEF TRAINEE

With a Master’s degree in Audit, Accounting and Management Control from ISG PARIS, Mathieu became interested in business performance and development.
Having worked in the agricultural sector for several generations, he completed his training with a BTSA in Viticulture and Oenology at the CFA AGROPOLIS in Montpellier.
After several years working on farms, notably in Saint-Emilion, Côtes du Rhône and Provence

Mathieu joined the Confédération des Experts Fonciers et Agricoles as a trainee member in 2022.
